M-am dus la om, m-a intrebat cam ce halesc, cand, si-a facut o idee si mi-a dat o lista ce sa halesc pe zile: mai pun piept de pui, mai o ciorba, mai o salata, mai un peste. Ce n-am halit au fost prajeli, chestii grase, cartofi in combinatie cu carne. La micul dejun aveam cateva optiuni dar am ales-o pe aia cu iaurt cu cereale ca e buna.<\/p>\n<p>Si uite asa am slabit de la 87.1 la 85.3. Si dupa estimarile doctorului in 3-4 luni ar trebui s-ajung la ~ 75.
