A fost mega crunt, ca la sfarsit eram aproape lesinat mereu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In sala e un fel de traseu din asta cu obstacole si intr-o zi am zis sa vad si eu cum e:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">sarit peste lemn: check<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">apucat de o bara de sus, catarat pe ea si dupa aia mers in picioare si maini agatat: check<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">escaladat obstacol vertical (luat avant, sarit, tras, uract): check<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">mers pe franghie subtire tinandu-ma de una mai groasa: check<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">mers repede de tot prin anvelope: check<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">sarit pe niste lemne: check<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">trecut peste busteni tinuti de franghii in timp ce erau zgandarati de antrenor: check (lots of fun)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">escaladat plasa de navod: check<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">escaladat cauciucuri: check<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">partial trecut prin waver: semi-check (e complicat raaaau)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">mers de maimuta (adica tinut de bari cu mainile in timp ce atarnam in aer si mers din bara in bara pana la cap): double-check, super fun<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">catarat orizontal pe lant (e un lant mare, si stai atarnat de el de maini si de picioare si trebuie sa te tragi la semi-orizonatala pana sus si sa nu scapi de pe el): 25% check<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asta cu traseul a fost super tare si mult mai solicitant ca un circuit normal din ala din exercitii. Sigur o sa-l mai incerc cand am circuit care nu-mi place.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Overall e super treaba cu sala, s-au mai umflat un pic muschii pe mine, la abdominali chiar se simte. Ca de vazut nu se vede din motive de inca am niste burta peste :)) Si ceva mai multa stamina, ceea ce e iar super.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M-a laudat tanti antrenoare la colegii ei de dupa-masa ca fac chestii si ca am progresat misto.
