{"id":631,"date":"2008-03-31T21:03:35","date_gmt":"2008-03-31T18:03:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.imacandi.net\/sin\/blog\/?p=631"},"modified":"2008-03-31T21:03:35","modified_gmt":"2008-03-31T18:03:35","slug":"franklin-covey-stuff-focus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.imacandi.net\/sin\/blog\/2008\/03\/31\/franklin-covey-stuff-focus.html","title":{"rendered":"franklin covey stuff &#8211; focus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Azi pentru juma de zi m-am nimerit si io la un curs de reviw la &#8220;The 7 habbits of highly effective people&#8221; si&#8217;am invatat urmatoarele:<\/p>\n<p>Ze time matrix:<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>I   &#8211; Important \/ Urgent<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Crises<br \/>\nPressing problems<br \/>\nDeadline-driven projects, meetings, reports etc<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>II  &#8211; Important \/ Not urgent<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Preparation<br \/>\nPrevention<br \/>\nPlanning<br \/>\nRelationship building<br \/>\nRe-creation<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>III &#8211; Not important \/ Urgent<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Needless interruptions<br \/>\nUnnecessary reports<br \/>\nOther people&#8217;s minor issues<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>IV &#8211; Not important \/ Not urgent<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Trivia, busywork<br \/>\nTime wasters<br \/>\nIrrelevant phone-calls, e-mails<\/p>\n<p>In felul asta poti prioritiza mai bine ce-ai de facut in functie de prioritati, care&#8217;s patru mari si late.<\/p>\n<p>Ze productivity pyramid:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Plan daily<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">E bine sa ai un plan pe ziua in curs care pe cat posbil ar fi bine sa-l faci cu o seara inainte (ca io nu stiu pe nimeni de vine dimineata la birou si primu lucru pe care-l face e sa scrie in agenda ce-are de facut pe ziua in curs)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Plan weekly<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Pe acelasi principiu, e bine sa-ti schitezi ce-o sa ai de facut pe saptamana in curs astfel incat sa-ti faci o idee de cat timp ai alocat si cam cand si ce timp ti-a mai ramas liber pentru alte situatii care pot aparea pe parcurs.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Set goals<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Asta teoretic e simplu: iti stabilesti obiectivele majore pentru o zi sau o saptamana si dupa aia vezi cum faci sa le atingi.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Identify values<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Identificarea valorilor precum munca in echipa, creativitate, loialitate etc si crearea unui statement despre ele asa cum sunt vazute de tine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saying NO.<\/strong> Da, e bine sa ajuti lumea cu tot felul de chestii marunte care adunate 5min colo, 10min colo, 15min colo inseamna o gramada de timp pierdut pe zi pe chestii ne-esentiale pentru jobu tau si uite asa risti sa ajungi in criza de timp cand vine vorba sa faci ceva care chiar e important si trebuie facut acum si nu peste 2 ore.
